Meet the team

Eddie has nearly 20 years' experience of working in corporate law and corporate finance.

He started his career in M&A and ECM with what are now CMS and Pinsent Masons. He later spent 6 years working in leveraged finance and project finance at Clydesdale Bank, both in Credit and origination roles. At Clydesdale, Eddie formed the bank's first dedicated Renewable Energy team and was latterly Head of Renewable Energy.

Prior to joining the Bank, Eddie spent 4 years as Head of Corporate Finance at Noble & Co, an Edinburgh-based investment bank, advising clients on equity fundraise processes, renewable energy projects, infrastructure funds and M&A sale processes.
