Having had an unconventional route into finance starting life in professional sport, the ethics and team dynamics of what I did for the remainder of my years were hugely important in my choice of post sport career.  

The Banks mission ambitions completely align with my own ambition to have as positive an impact on society around me as I can.  I firmly believe that begins with the people, whether internally facing to my colleagues or externally to potential investees. My experience has been that strong organisations and businesses always start with great people.  Striving to work with, and contribute to, building great teams is what motivates me on a daily basis.

I really thrive on the variety of businesses and projects that I encounter on a daily business, and look forward to hearing from any potential investees and learning about their company.
